Victoria 5
The Victoria 5 is very flexible as it is completely modular in design. It is very simple and reliable and can be fitted with all models of lamphouses for bulbs from 500W to 10000W. Spools of 1800m. (6000 ft.) or 3000m. (10000 ft.) capacity can be mounted.
The Victoria 5 can be supplied with a very wide choice of options and accessories.

Victoria 5B/5000
The family of Victoria 5B projectors includes the standard model, with a film capacity of 4000 metre (13,000 feet), and two models supplied upon request, one with 3000 metre (10,000 feet) film capacity for small projection rooms, and one with 5000 metre (16,500 feet) film capacity that can take two whole pictures of normal length. On top of the Victoria 5 mechanism can be mounted an arm with a roller and no clutch as standard equipment, or, as an option, either one arm and clutch for 1800 m (6,000 feet) of film, or a vee with two auxiliary arms and clutches for 1800 m (6,000 feet) to show trailers and commercials during the rewind time of the main picture. These projectors are supplied only with the long lamphouse beam. The most commonly ordered option is the on machine variable speed rewind, with or without auto shut off.

Vector 500/1000
In the last few years it became necessary to design a new generation of theatre automation that could be flexible, interactive, "intelligent" and modular. To reach this goal Cinemeccanica has used and industrial logic programmer (with built-in microprocessor and memory).
Flexibility
Monitor and keyboard can be installed in multiple points (besides the projection room) and in this way they allow to change in any moment of the day the preset programming or the actual performance: the intermissions can be shortened, lengthened or suppressed, sound levels can be preset and type of sound reproduction (mono or different types of stereo) can be programmed.
Interactivity
The change of parameters is totally guided: the projectionist has only to answer yes or no to the questions the automation shows on the monitor. The automation also makes sure the answers are acceptable. The programming can be protected by a keyword to limit the access to authorized people only.
Intelligence
The automation unit controls the running of the performance taking charge of projectors, light sources, sound sources and other theatre services. The status of the equipment is shown on the video. Any fault activates a diagnostic routine and the projectionist can see flashing on any of the videos what is the problem that has occurred.
The automation unit also adds waiting times if the film has been incorrectly partioned between the two projectors.
Modularity
The automation unit can memorize and run personalized software. Extra input/output modules can be added to control any number of auxiliary theatre circuits.

Lamphouses
The CX 21 H lamphouse can take bulb from 500W to 2000W and can have a light output of 18,000 lumen. Small and middle size theatres can therefore use this lamphouse.
The ZX 4000 H lamphouse can take bulbs from 1600W to 4000W and has a light output of 20,000 lumen at nominal current. Most theatres can therefore use this lamphouse.
The ZX 8000 H lamphouse can use horizontal Xenon bulbs from 2500W to 8000W. It is designed to illuminate large and very large screen up to 30 metres (100') wide. It is supplied complete with blower/exhauster.
Heat filter and cylindrical beam spreader for 70mm. are supplied as options.

Red LED SR*D Reader
These readers can be supplied separately or together with new Victoria 5 and Victoria 8 projectors, or kits can be supplied to retrofit existing projectors of the same type already in the field. The new red LEDs make the readers extremely reliable and easy to align.
Digital reader for the SR-D format, certified by Dolby, making use of original Dolby circuits and red LED.Mechanical design minimizes error rate effectively reducing problems with non optimal prints. Separate adjustments are provided for 1) Lateral position of light pipe end, 2) Azimuth of CCD, 3) Focus, 4) Illumination of track.
These adjustments allow optimal centering of all scanning parameters and make crossweb nonuniformity very small.

CNR3-35 Platter
Platters: Heavy duty plate and cast center construction - Whole platter easily removable - Perfectly smooth surface for easy film removal.
Pay out unit: Easily removable - Proportional electronic speed control - Crown of rollers to take care of film disturbances including sticky layers and bad splices.
Operation: Totally indipendent take up and pay out - Completely self-programming - No manual selection is necessary - In a multi theatre the film can be taken up in a unit different from the one which is paying out - With a special option the system can pay out or take up two films at the same time.
