Screen 2 - Two-way bi-amp system
The Screen 2 Cinema system has been developed to accommodate the various digital formats of modern films, providing the essentials of low distortion, wide bandwidth, with uniform coverage for the smaller room. This makes the Screen 2 ideally suited for small cinemas, preview theatres, screening rooms and post production suites.
Screen 2P - Two-way passive system
The Screen 2P Cinema system has been developed to accommodate the various digital formats of modern films, providing the essentials of low distortion, wide bandwidth, with uniform coverage for the smaller room. This makes the Screen 2P ideally suited for small cinemas, preview theatres, screening rooms and post production suites.
A 1.2kHz internal passive crossover network ensures smooth transition between the LF and HF sections.
Screen 3 - Three-way bi-amp system
The Screen 3 is a 3-way system, with dedicated mid-range and high frequency sections. Developed to meet the requirements of small to medium size screening rooms and post production suites that require the mid-range definition and intelligibility not achievable with a traditional 2-way system.
Screen 4 - Three-way bi-amp system
The Screen 4 is a 3-way system, with dedicated mid-range and high frequency sections. Developed by Martin Audio’s systems designers, this innovative solution overcomes the strenuous demands on the high frequency section of traditional 2-way cinema systems. By splitting the frequency band from 630Hz-20kHz into dedicated mid-range and high-frequency sections the Screen 4 produces superior, low distortion sound for small/medium scale cinema environments.

The Screen 4P is a 3-way system, with dedicated mid-range and high frequency sections. Developed by Martin Audio’s systems designers, this innovative solution overcomes the strenuous demands on the high frequency section of traditional 2-way cinema systems. By splitting the frequency band from 630Hz-20kHz into dedicated mid-range and high-frequency sections the Screen 4P produces superior, low distortion sound for small/medium scale cinema environments.
An internal passive network provides 630Hz and 3kHz crossover points and ensures smooth transitions between the loudspeaker elements.
Screen 5 - Three-way tri-amp system
The Screen 5 full-range system has been developed for use in medium to large-scale cinema environments. The system consists of a 2 x 15" (380mm) low frequency section plus a unique mid-range and high frequency horn which exhibits ideal pattern control across its operating range from 300Hz-20kHz. The Screen 5 is approved by Lucasfilm for use in category 2 (80ft or less in length and under 180000 ft3 in volume) THX theatres. The Screen 5 requires tri-amplification and would normally be operated via a THX Controller or Martin Audio DX1 Loudspeaker Management System.
Screen 5B - Three-way bi-amp system
The Screen 5B full-range system has been developed for use in medium to large-scale cinema environments. The system consists of a 2 x 15" (380mm) low frequency section plus a unique mid-range and high frequency horn which exhibits ideal pattern control across its operating range from 300Hz-20kHz. The Screen 5B would normally be operated bi-amped system using the Martin Audio CMX2A Cinema Controller.
Effect 3 - Two-way passive surround system
The Effect 3 is a two-way passive cinema surround system, designed to produce smooth, full-range surround sound. It may be installed in large-scale prestige cinemas or used for smaller multiplex cinema applications.
Effect 3R - Two-way passive surround system
The Effect 3R is a two-way passive cinema surround system, designed to produce smooth, full-range surround sound. It may be installed in medium sized cinemas, screening rooms and under-balcony applications. This reduced height enclosure is ideally suited for installation in rooms with a low ceiling.
Effect 5 - Two-way passive surround system
The Effect 5 is a two-way passive cinema surround system, designed to produce the wide dynamic range and extended frequency response characteristics of digital sound formats. It is suitable for both medium and large scale cinema applications.
Screen Sub 1A - Sub-bass system
Screen Sub 1A provides low distortion, true sub-bass response for any cinema environment. Built with a shallow profile, like the Screen 4 and Screen 5, the sub is designed for behind-the-screen placement. The unit uses a single 18" (460mm) long excursion high power driver. Large area tapered twin ports ensure minimum turbulence down to the lowest frequencies demanded by today’s digital sound tracks.
