Mark Foreman, Technical Sales Manager

Welcome to our latest Newsletter.

"Graham has let me say a few words this time, and I wasn’t going to turn that opportunity down!

We are pretty busy in Sales at the moment. There are so many really interesting projects that we are starting, we have some wonderful venues, from the smaller boutique cinemas to studio environments that involve QSC Q-Sys and Dolby Atmos which we truly look forward to designing, installing and servicing.

Graham and I will be attending CinemaCon in Las Vegas next week. I always find this trade show really exciting as we get to see and play with new gadgets, also find out about the latest innovations in cinema, including the new laser-powered projectors.

In the meantime, enjoy the latest news from Sound Associates,”

Phillips @ Philips!

Our lamp specialist, Will Phillips visited the Philips factory in Los Angeles in order to see for himself the continual innovations and improvements being made to both the raw stock material and the processes used in making the lamps.

Sound Associates are the only UK integrator authorised by Philips to cover UK warranties, so with this in mind, we feel it is essential that we have a complete understanding of the product. Will not only saw the every stage of production currently used, he was also given an insight into future developments of the manufacture of lamps, which he found very exciting.

“I would like to say a huge ‘thank you’ to the team at the Philips factory, for their hospitality and for the informative tour.”

“I couldn’t let Mark take over this newsletter completely!

We are in the middle of a really exciting period at Sound Associates. We are designing and installing systems for a wide variety of venues, we are testing and using new technology wherever suitable and next week Mark and I will attend the world’s largest cinema trade show, CinemaCon in Las Vegas where there will be many more innovations to learn about.
I look forward to catching up with those of you who are making the journey over there. However, if you’re not going, but have a specific question or topic you would like us to investigate on your behalf, just let us know.”
